Despite donates Children's Block on his birthday

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Despite Group of Companies, Dr Osei Kwame Despite has  donated a newly constructed ultramodern Children’s Block at the 37 Military Hospital as his birthday present.

The new block, which was fully financed by Despite himself, is expected to enhance child in-patient health care.

In an event held at the 37 Military hospital, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite unveiled a plaque of the facility which has a Paediatric Oncology (Cancer) Unit comprising two consulting rooms, a nurses’ reception station and office, a main ward for in-patients, a treatment area, a kitchenette, and five washrooms, a Paediatric Physiotherapy Unit which also has two consulting rooms, a furnished rehabilitation gymnasium/playroom, three washrooms, a kitchenette and a waiting area, and also included in this health edifice are two extra private wards for general Paediatric admissions
